Two acrobats from Tanzania named Ramadhan Brothers have emerged winners in the American Got Talent competition. The duo, featuring Fadhili Ramadhan and Ibrahim Jobu, won the title on Monday night.
They defeated their main rivals Pack Drumline, V. Unbeatable, Sainted and Musa Motha.
'We believe our lives are changing from that moment on', Ramadhan was quoted by US Today as saying. "This victory means a lot to us, we are extremely happy."
According to US Today, the victory of the AGT award is a two-year journey for the two young men.
Ramadhani Brothers planned to audition for "AGT" Season 17, but Jobu could not get his travel visa in time.
In the competition Ramadhani Brothers surprised the judges with a show involving one acrobat balancing the weight of his partner's body on his head while passing different sets.
However, despite entering the finals as top seed, they lost to Season 18 winner Adrian Stoica & Hurricane.
